3 ISBA members make partner at Hinshaw & Culbertson

Patricia J. NaylorNabil G. Foster

The national law firm of Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP is proud to announce the election of the following ISBA members to partnership:

Nabil G. Foster, of Chicago, defends attorneys in professional liability and disciplinary matters. He also represents clients in commercial litigation and has handled matters involving subjects such as internet gambling, breach of contract, civil rights, consumer fraud, ERISA, eminent domain, employment discrimination, insurance coverage, products liability and professional liability. Mr. Foster is an Adjunct Professor at Northwestern University School of Law. He is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association and the American Bar Association. Mr. Foster earned his J.D. in 2000 from Northwestern University School of Law, and his A.B. from Harvard College in 1994.

Patricia J. Naylor, of Peoria, defends physicians and health care organizations in medical malpractice and other professional liability matters. She also assists and represents physicians and other healthcare professionals called as nonparty witnesses in depositions. Ms. Naylor is a member of the American Bar Association, Illinois State Bar Association and the Peoria County Bar Association. She earned her J.D., cum laude, from Northern Illinois University College of Law in 2003, and her B.A. from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 1999.

Timothy J. Leake

Timothy J. Leake, of Rockford, assists individuals, closely held businesses, family businesses and others with corporate transactions and estate, financial and succession planning. He is a member of the American Bar Association (Business Law Section; Real Property Trust & Estate Law Section; Young Lawyers Division), the Illinois State Bar Association (Trust and Estate Section) and the Winnebago County Bar Association (Estate Section). Mr. Leake earned his J.D. in 2002 from the John Marshall Law School, where he graduated cum laude. He received his B.A., cum laude, from Luther College in 1999.
