Many companies have a public relations person to deal with the press through press releases that may be reviewed by counsel to assure that they accurately and fairly represent the position of the company on the matter. Upon filing a complaint likely to result in press inquiries, a company may wish to consider having such a press release reviewed by counsel available for response to such an inquiry.
