Congratulations to Vince Cornelius as the next ISBA Third Vice President. This was an important election and I know Vince will continue the tradition of leadership that has guided the ISBA for many years.

I join my friend and colleague, Mr. Draper, in congratulating Mr. Cornelius. I also congratulate Carl for conducting himself in his typically dignified and classy manner. No doubt that he, too, will continue to serve his community and the legal profession effectively and brilliantly in the years to come.

I am very thrilled to congratulate my friend, neighbor, fellow attorney and compatriot Vince Cornelius. He will lead this association well.
