Ungaretti & Harris LLP has announced that Seth Horvath, 33, has been elected to partnership in the Litigation Practice at the firm. Seth’s practice includes commercial and employment litigation matters, as well as appellate advocacy, in state and federal courts nationwide. From 2004–2007, prior to joining the firm, Seth served as a judicial clerk for Justice Rita B. Garman of the Supreme Court of Illinois.
