Ms. Remien is a graduate of DePaul University College of Law (J.D., 1999) and the University of Colorado (B.S. in Business Administration, cum laude,1996, with dual emphasis in Finance and Marketing) and also holds a Mediation Certificate from Northwestern School of Continuing Studies.

Ms. Remien is an accomplished IP attorney with over 16 years of experience in all aspects of trademark, domain name, licensing, copyright, and unfair competition law, including counseling clients on branding strategies, selection, clearance and prosecution of trademark applications, management of global trademark portfolios, issues relating to mergers and acquisitions and domestic and international policing and enforcement issues.
