The DuPage County law firm of Momkus McCluskey, LLC is proud to announce the promotion of Family Law attorney Michelle Dahlquist to partner. Dahlquist has worked with Momkus McCluskey, LLC since 2013.

Dahlquist obtained her B.S. from Illinois State University and obtained her J.D. from Chicago Kent College of Law. She concentrates her family law practice in divorce, pre-judgment and post-judgment matters, premarital agreements, paternity and appeals.

Dahlquist also has extensive experience handling cases involving child custody and visitation, property distribution, child support, spousal maintenance, and other diverse family law litigation issues. She is a Certified Guardian ad Litem for the Circuit Court of the Eighteenth Judicial Circuit in DuPage County.

Dahlquist is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association (ISBA), in which she serves on the Executive Committee’s Young Lawyer Division. She is a member of the DuPage County Bar Association (DCBA), where she fulfilled the duties of Chair and Vice Chair of the Continuing Legal Education Committee and Membership Committee. She also served as Secretary of the DuPage Association of Women Lawyers (DAWL) from 2011-2013.

Dahlquist was the recipient of the DCBA Pro Bono Service Award in 2011, and the DCBA Board of Directors Award in 2013. She is a “Top Rated Divorce Attorney” on Avvo.com, and she received the “2014 Avvo Client’s Choice Award.”
