Wheaton family law firm Davi Law Group, LLC is pleased to announce the hiring of Associate Attorney Sooha Ahmad.

Ahmad obtained her J.D. from Widener University School of Law in Wilmington, Delaware. She obtained her B.A. in Journalism and Media Studies/Political Science from Rutgers University. She concentrates her legal practice on family law matters including divorce and visitation. Ahmad is admitted to practice law in both Illinois and New Jersey and speaks fluent Hindi (Indian) and Urdu (Pakistani).

Prior to joining Davi Law Group, LLC, Ahmad completed a judicial clerkship for the Honorable Francis J. Vernoia, Presiding Judge of the Criminal Division in the Superior Court of New Jersey. Upon moving to Illinois, Ahmad worked as an Associate Attorney handling family law and transactional real estate matters in Cook County. Her background also includes bankruptcy litigation and energy and power plant air pollution emission violations cases.

Ahmad is an active member of the Illinois State Bar Association, Chicago Bar Association, DuPage County Bar Association, American Inns of Court, and the DuPage Association of Women Lawyers.
