Fischel & Kahn announced today that David Seidman has joined the firm as a principal, bolstering the firm’s corporate and litigation practices.

Seidman represents a wide range of corporate and senior executive clients as their outside general counsel and trusted advisor.  His wide-ranging experience helps clients start and grow their businesses by coupling legal advice with key value-added capabilities. His primary areas of practice as outside general counsel are within the corporate, business litigation, and finance contexts.

Seidman concentrates his focus on small and mid-sized corporate clients, counseling on law projects ranging from entity formation and drafting the contracts that fuel business growth to capital raising and M & A work in multiple verticals including the financial, manufacturing, and sports industries.  He also represents corporate and individual clients in state and federal courts in Illinois and elsewhere.

Seidman received his J.D. from Washington University School of Law in 1997 and his B.A. in History from the University of Pennsylvania in 1994. He joins from the suburban Chicago firm Hecht & Seidman.
