Action needed: ISBA service interruption beginning Nov. 18

In order to serve our members better, we will be taking down our database and website for a short time, resulting in a temporary loss of services. As such,

  • Members will need to create a new website password on or after Monday, November 21.
  • If you need to access Fastcase over the weekend, you'll need to follow the steps below now to ensure continued service.

Starting Friday, November 18 at 5:30 p.m. and running through Sunday, November 20, the ISBA website, including access to Fastcase and free online CLE, will be unavailable.

For those members who need to access Fastcase between Friday evening and Monday morning, please download the free Fastcase App - available for iPhone, iPad and Android - and sync your ISBA account before the website goes down on Friday.

Syncing your account only takes a few simple steps (see our how-to guide), and will ensure that your search history is copied over to your Fastcase app.

If you find yourself unexpectedly needing access after the website is down, and haven't synced your ISBA account, you can set up a free 24-hour trial account with Fastcase. However, your search history won't be tied to your account.

Please keep an eye out for an email from us on Monday, which will include instructions to setup your new website password!
