ISBA members Jacqueline S. Pesenko and Stephanie L. Tang recently joined Kogut & Wilson, LLC.

Jacqueline Pesenko focuses her practice in the areas of matrimonial and family law. She prosecutes cases on behalf of victims of violence, abuse, neglect, and felony crimes. She brings an extensive background in social work, psychology, and counseling services. Jacqueline received her bachelor's degree from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and her J.D. from DePaul University College of Law, where she earned a certificate in child and family law, the President’s Award for Service, and  the Benjamin Hooks Distinguished Public Service Award.

Stephanie Tang represents individuals in all aspects of family and matrimonial law proceedings. She received her bachelor's degree from Northwestern University and her J.D. from the University of Illinois College of Law, where she graduated magna cum laude with pro bono notation, received the CALI Excellence for Future Awards in Family Law and Regulation of Financial Institutes, received the Marguerite L. Rickert Award for Excellence in both Legal Writing and Service, served as managing editor and executive administrative editor of The Elder Law Journal, and won “Best Overall” and “Best Oralist” at the HNBA Internal Moot Court Competition. She serves on the University of Illinois’ Family Law Advisory Board and is a certified mediator and associate with the Collaborative Law Institute of Illinois.
