Shannon McNulty has been named a partner at Clifford Law Offices, a nationally renowned firm recognized in personal injury and wrongful death law. Also, Bradley Cosgrove, formerly of another personal injury firm in Chicago, has been named a partner at the firm.
McNulty has obtained more than $30 million in verdicts and settlements with Clifford Law Offices since she joined the firm 10 years ago. She was appointed by the Illinois Supreme Court to a blue ribbon Special Committee on Illinois Evidence. In 2007 she was named by the Law Bulletin Publishing Company one of the top 40 Attorneys Under 40.
Cosgrove, recently came to the firm with a wealth of experience in trying cases in medical malpractice, personal injury and wrongful death. He has lectured at John Marshall Law School, his alma mater. The National Trial Lawyers Association has named him one of the Top 40 Attorneys Under 40 since 2012.

Eli is an honors graduate and honors scholar of Valparaiso University School of Law, J.D., 2011, and of Boston University, B.A., magna cum laude, 2008. Eli has joined the firm as an associate attorney in its Corporate Practice area. While in law school at Valparaiso University, Eli was elected Chief Justice of the Moot Court Society, was a Semi-Finalist and Best Oralist of the 2011 Irvin R. Kaufman Memorial Securities Law Moot Court Competition and was the recipient of the Corpus Juris Secundum Award for the most significant overall contribution to the School of Law.
Eli externed at the United States Attorney’s Office in Hammond, Indiana, and was an associate attorney at another Chicago law firm prior to joining Levin Ginsburg. -

Robert B. Anderson has joined the Law Office of Irene F. Bahr as an Associate Attorney. Rob most recently was an Assistant State's Attorney in the Kane County State's Attorney's Office in St. Charles, Illinois. There he prosecuted traffic, misdemeanor, DUI, felony (ranging from Class 4 Drug charges to Murder) and Abuse and Neglect cases.
He has tried hundreds of cases, both jury and bench, as a prosecutor. His experience gives him the ability to assess a case from a prosecutor's point of view in order to develop the best possible defense.
Rob began his legal career as an intern with the Law Office of Irene F. Bahr, attending to all aspects involving Liquor Licensing for Irene's clients. He also clerked as a 7-11 Student for Justice Thomas E. Callum.

She will practice in Hinshaw’s Peoria, Illinois office. Ms. Crane comes to Hinshaw from Perkins Coie LLP, where she was senior counsel in that firm’s Portland office.
Ms. Crane represents companies across many industries on issues related to environmental law, including permitting, compliance, cleanup and corporate and real estate transactions. She handles a wide variety of transactional matters, focusing primarily on real estate transactions involving contaminated properties and environmental due diligence. Ms. Crane works alongside clients to craft strategies to clean up contaminated properties and provides support to secure site closure, working with technical consultants and state agencies to resolve issues and formulate mutually agreeable solutions.

The Chicago law firm of Arnstein & Lehr LLP is proud to announce it is strengthening its Environmental and Litigation Practices by hiring Matthew E. Cohn and Megan Pike.
Matthew has litigated disputes and counseled clients on a wide spectrum of environmental issues including permitting under the Clean Air Act and Clean Water Act, the investigation, cleanup, and allocation of liability on contaminated properties, and due diligence for real estate and corporate transactions. Prior to the practice of law, Matthew was a hydrogeologist at a global environmental engineering and consulting firm. Clients have found his scientific experience useful in solving their environmental problems. Matthew also serves on the plan commission of the Village of Buffalo Grove, and with his municipal experience, he has counseled clients with development projects.
Matthew previously practiced law at Meckler Bulger Tilson Marick & Pearson LLP where he focused on traditional environmental law and insurance coverage disputes arising from environmental concerns. He is the current chair of the Illinois State Bar Associations’ Environmental Law Section Council. He earned his J.D. from IIT Chicago Kent College of Law in 2000, graduating with honors, and B.S. and M.S. degrees in geology from Bucknell University and Indiana University, respectively.

A former member of the Illinois Civil Service Commission from 1978 to 1991, John currently serves as a lecturer in Management and Marketing at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, a position he has held since 1985, teaching courses in business ethics, business law, cyberlaw and labor and employment law.
