Antonio M. Romanucci, Founding Partner and Principal at Romanucci & Blandin, LLC, was recently nominated as 3rd Vice President by the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association (ITLA). The Nominating Committee Report was submitted for approval June 10th at ITLA’S Annual Membership Meeting at Westin Chicago River North, Chicago, Illinois.

Mr. Romanucci has been an ITLA board member since 2003. As an ITLA member, their mission is to fight to ensure all citizens receive equal footing in the courtroom, even when taking on the most powerful interests. Members, like Romanucci, see to it that those who harm consumers, other individuals, or even their own employees, are held accountable.

She is well-versed in H-1B, L, TN, O, EB-1, EB-2, EB-3 visas and adjustment of status, representing H-1B/L-dependent employers and consulting firms, and ensuring compliance with H-1B regulations for employees in unique industries involving variable work locations. She is also particularly experienced in responding to extensive Requests for Evidence and audits by the Department of Homeland Security and Department of Labor.

She represents high-profile artists and recently produced – as well as provided legal representation – for the film Maya Angelou: And I Still Rise, which premiered at the Sundance Film Festival in January. Sethna came to Chuhak & Tecson five years ago, having already distinguished herself with a successful career as a bankruptcy attorney and a seasoned trial lawyer. She also serves as a Special Assistant Attorney General for the State of Illinois, appointed by Attorney General Lisa Madigan.

He also has significant experience with premises and products liability cases. Patrow advises business entities on tax strategies during business formation and transactions. He is experienced in acquisitions, dispositions, financings, private equity transactions, and domestic and international joint ventures.

He also represents private equity and hedge fund sponsors in connection with the formation and operation of investment funds and the acquisition and disposition of investments. Additionally, he advises venture capital investors on the tax implications of their investments in operating companies and counsels operating companies on their funding by venture capital and angel investors.
