"Health Information Privacy" and "Basic Estate Planning" to air in October

The Illinois State Bar Association's Illinois Law cable program will air "Health Information and Advanced Directives" and "Basic Estate Planning" during the month of October. The show will air on CAN-TV Cable Channel 21 on Tuesdays at 10 p.m. "Health Information Privacy and Advanced Directives" will air on Oct. 6 and 20. Appearing on this program will be Guy C. Hall, an attorney at the Champaign law firm of Dobbins, Fraker, Tennant, Joy & Perlstein; Nancy McKenna, of McKenna & Associates, in Chicago; Mary D. Cascino, senior counselor, Handler Thayer, LLP, in Chicago; and program moderator Karen A. White, of Burke & White, in Downers Grove. "Basic Estate Planning" will air on Oct. 13 and 27. Appearing on this program will be Cascino and Gregg A. Garofalo of Garofalo & Thiersch, PC, both members of the ISBA Trust and Estates Section Council, with White moderating. Illinois Law is a cable production of the ISBA. The 35,000-member ISBA, with offices in Springfield and Chicago, provides professional services to Illinois lawyers, and education and services to the public.
