You asked, and we answered! We've overhauled our entire website so that it's more user-friendly and packed with more resources. Here are just some of the changes we've made: Your section's newly redesigned homepage is now the place to start for all your legal updates. Find CLE and cases related to your practice (when available), recently published newsletter articles, and links to practice tools and other resources. We hope you find these additions make the section homepages a useful place to see what is going on in your practice area. Find your section's homepage here. Our section newsletters have also been improved with an updated appearance and some practical enhancements. Section members now can preview the articles in the emailed newsletter. As one member put it:

I like to be able to preview.  It means I am more likely to read and catch what I want instead of wholesale deleting when I’m busy.

We've also added related upcoming CLE and recent case digests the emailed newsletter. Now you can post comments right to the individual articles and continue the discussion online.  Want to ask the author a question? Or offer a counter-point? Now you can!
