Robert H. Liddle Jr. Robert H. Liddle Jr. of Naperville, Illinois formerly of Buffalo, New York, beloved husband of Hope A. (Paolini) Liddle, devoted father of Marleah J. Liddle, Alexander R. Liddle, and Jenna M.T. Liddle, dear brother of A. DuAine (Bill Schierlitz) LoGrasso, Timothy (Shirley) Liddle, and Walter Liddle. Mr. Liddle was predeceased by his parents Robert H. Liddle Sr. and Stella (Salamone) Liddle, and his beloved "buddy" Allegro; dearest brother-in-law of Mary R. (Michael) Pachla, Joanne E. (A.Kem) Fronabarger, Francine (Martin Zyla) Paolini, Michael A. (late Michelle) Paolini, and Peter Paolini; cherished uncle of Jackie Gannon, Timothy Liddle Jr., Eric Liddle,Melissa Diamond, Jonathan J. Kacala, Zachary L. Paolini, Olivia R. Paolini; dear great uncle of Sage Gannon, and Avea Diamond; dear cousin of Leonard Salamone; many other cousins of the Liddle, Masso, and Paolini families and numerous colleagues and dear friends.

Rob Liddle was born on June 13th, 1950 and grew up in an ethnic West-Side neighborhood in Buffalo, New York. He was a 1968 graduate of St. Joseph's Collegiate Institute in Kenmore, New York where he excelled in sports. Later he wasa graduate of SUNY College at Buffalo, University of Akron Law School, and Michigan State Labor Relations School. He started his career as an attorney for the NLRB Atlanta, Georgia region in 1976. Later he practiced labor law at Jaeckle Fleishmann and Mugle law firm in Buffalo, New York. In 1982 he joined McDonald's Corporation in Oakbrook, Illinois as a labor relations staff attorney. Since 2000, he served as Vice President of Global Labor Relations where he managed employment law and labor relations for more than a million workers worldwide. In both his work and personal life, he consistently demonstrated values of integrity, honesty, generosity and responsibility in supporting people at all levels. Throughout his life and career, his communication skills and mentoring were always respectful and conveyed with a razor-sharp sense of humor. He had a passion for people practices that provided and encouraged diversity. In 1990, he was unanimously chosen by his peers to receive the Eagle Award. This award was presented for his demonstration of strength, courage, power, confidence, and tireless energy. In 2015, he received the Legal 500 Award for Individual Of The Year in the labor and employment relations category. Rob was devoted to a family life supported by a great spiritual core and a sense of commitment. In his spare time, he lived and breathed for anything "baseball" and his cherished New York Yankees. He faced the challenge of his disease with noble courage and a positive outlook. In his final hours at home, he was surrounded by the presence and love of his family.
